What we collect
This site collects no personal data automatically: there is no analytics, no advertising script, and no tracking of any kind. The only personal data we ever hold is what you choose to send us directly — for example by emailing info@melusina-records.com, by ordering from the shop, or by logging in to manage content if you are a band member with an account.
Why and how long
Emails you send us are used solely to answer you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and are kept only as long as needed for that correspondence. Band member accounts are kept for as long as the person is active with the label.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at info@melusina-records.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with Luxembourg's data protection authority, the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).
